Our Return, Refund, Replacement and Cancellation PolicyÂ

We are as excited as you are with the FolksFabricâ„¢ products but we all are humans right... despite our rigorous quality checks and superior product quality, if something goes wrong with your order, please inform us within 5 days. We will get in touch with you in no time and resolve the issue.Â
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return, or in other words, we should receive the product back within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@folksfabric.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
Damaged/Wrong/Lost in Transit product issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and do not receive the parcel if it is already damaged. If the damage is visible only upon opening the parcel or if you received the wrong item, then contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
Any of the following conditions will be considered as damaged products: Misprinting; Damaged or defective items sent; Orders Lost in Shipment; Broken Products Received.Â
Please note:Â We judge printing faults based on a tolerance of upto 2cm in print positioning and our garment manufacturing. These clauses do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Due to certain printing techniques, extremely thin white lines may appear on the outer edges of the design, this is something that is natural with most printing on fabrics and clothes.Â
Please contact us at contact@folksfabric.com; with photos of the damaged product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by you, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.Â

Exchange of T-ShirtsÂ
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store. If you need to exchange a purchased T-Shirt for another size, then contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We also request you to keep the product tag, shipping label, original packaging intact. The product should not have any sign of wear and tear. You need to bear the shipping cost and ship the product to our warehouse. Upon receiving the product followed by product verification, we will send you the new size you ordered. We will provide you our warehouse details and address for sending the T-Shirt for exchange.Â
You need to ship the product to us so that we receive the product within 14 days from you raising an exchange issue with us. We may cancel an exchange if the above mentioned criteria not met. In that case no refund or replacement will be issued and we will reship the same product back to you.Â
From you shipping the product to us verifying the product and upon being verified, sending a new size replacement to you, the whole process takes quite a number of days, especially during such crucial times. Thus we have created a highly detailed Size Chart and related information to guide you make the right purchase.Â

RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@folksfabric.com within 5 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund... We offer instant refunds, meaning once your refund is issued, it will reflect in your bank account almost immediately.Â
Kindly Note:Â
We are offering refunds only in case of damaged product, wrong product received or product lost in transit. We are not offering refunds for any other reason. In case of size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with us.Â
We request you to kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in with the refund process.Â

Cancellation Policy:Â
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order will be processed and no cancellation will be allowed.Â
